1. Who We Are<\/h2>\n

Tiempa is owned and operated by IgnovAItion Pty Ltd, a company registered in New South Wales, Australia. Our platforms are app.tiempa.com (the Tiempa web application) and tiempa.com (our marketing and information website).<\/p>\n\n

2. What Information We Collect<\/h2>\n\n

Account Information<\/h3>\n

When you create a Tiempa account, we collect your email address, your birth year, and your country. We do not collect your full date of birth, home address, phone number, or any financial information directly. Payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe, under their own privacy terms.<\/p>\n\n

Usage and Analytics Information<\/h3>\n

With your consent, we may collect limited information about how you use Tiempa \u2014 such as which decades or categories you browse. This is used only to improve the platform and is never used for advertising.<\/p>\n

If you flag a video as broken, incorrect, or inappropriate, we store your flag together with your account reference so our team can review it and improve the catalogue.<\/p>\n\n

Technical Information<\/h3>\n

Our platform may automatically receive your IP address, browser type, and device type for security and technical purposes. This is not used to identify you personally.<\/p>\n\n

3. How We Use Your Information<\/h2>\n

We use your information to create and manage your account, personalise your experience, send important account messages, improve the platform (with your consent), and comply with our legal obligations.<\/p>\n

We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you. For an explanation of the automated tools we use to organise our content catalogue, see Section 10.<\/p>\n\n

4. How We Store Your Information<\/h2>\n

Your account information is stored in a secure cloud database located in Sydney, Australia.<\/p>\n

Some of our service providers operate overseas. In particular, our payment provider and our email delivery provider are based outside Australia, so limited information such as your email address may be processed by them outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure this information is protected, consistent with Australian Privacy Principle 8.<\/p>\n

We protect your information with encrypted account authentication, secure HTTPS connections, and access controls limiting who on our team can access your data. No system is completely secure, but we will notify you promptly if we become aware of a data breach likely to result in serious harm to you.<\/p>\n

If you ask us to delete your account, we will do so within 30 days unless required by law to retain it longer.<\/p>\n\n

5. Third-Party Video Platforms<\/h2>\n

Videos you watch through Tiempa are streamed from third-party platforms. Tiempa does not host any video content directly. These platforms may serve advertisements within their video players \u2014 Tiempa does not control, place, or benefit from these advertisements, and we never block or modify the video player.<\/p>\n
