By creating a Tiempa account or using our platforms — tiempa.com and app.tiempa.com — you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use Tiempa.

Entertainment Only

Tiempa is a retro entertainment and general well-being application. It is not a clinical tool, therapeutic device, or substitute for medical or professional advice.

Content

Videos are streamed via official third-party video platforms. IgnovAItion Pty Ltd does not host, own, or control third-party video content. Content availability may change without notice.

Subscriptions

Subscription fees apply to Tiempa’s proprietary software, curation interface, and organisational features — not to the viewing of any individual video.

Acceptable Use

Tiempa is for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You must not misuse, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Tiempa platform.

Copyright & Content Takedown Policy

Tiempa is a curation and navigation service. We do not host, store, or upload any video content. All videos play through embedded players provided by official third-party platforms, under the embedding terms those platforms set with their uploaders.

If you are a copyright owner, or authorised to act on behalf of one, and you believe your work has been improperly linked on Tiempa, please email copyright@tiempa.com and include:

Identification of the copyrighted work
The Tiempa page or link where it appears
Your name, contact details, and your relationship to the work
A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law

On receiving a valid notice, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the relevant link and confirm the outcome with you. This policy is guided by the principles of the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and the Australian Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).

We also review our catalogue proactively and remove links from sources that do not meet our quality and authenticity standards.

International Use

Tiempa is operated from Australia and may be accessed from other countries. We make no representation that the platform, or any linked content, is appropriate or available for use in every jurisdiction. If you access Tiempa from outside Australia, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your location.
